Where should I start?

Choose broad categories—no names, birthdays or documents. Answers stay in this browser and are not sent to Dmoonz. Suggestions do not determine program eligibility.

For local services, use your ZIP in the official 211 directory. This guide does not automatically locate or reserve shelter beds.

Or choose your path.

Help leaving. Somewhere safer to turn.

For immediate danger, call 911 when safe to do so.

Confidential support and safety planning

Call the National Domestic Violence Hotline: 800-799-7233, text START to 88788, or use official chat. An advocate can help with a personalized safety plan and local resources.

If someone monitors your device, use a safer device when possible. Private browsing does not remove all traces. Keep safety plans and destinations out of general intake.

Youth support and local shelter resources

For youth support, call 800-786-2929 or visit the National Runaway Safeline. Use 211 for local resources and Dmoonz Help Now for official intake starting points.

Confirm age and household requirements, accessibility and openings before traveling. Listings do not guarantee available beds or conditions. Avoid housing and transport offers from unverified strangers. Job Corps and AmeriCorps are application-based programs, not emergency shelters.

You can access these links without the chooser. Dmoonz is not a crisis service.

Considering Chime? Understand the $100 offer.

Referral disclosure: Daisy may earn a referral reward if you use this personal link and complete Chime’s requirements. Dmoonz is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Chime. Using this offer is optional; our free guides and housing help do not depend on opening an account.

What you need to do before a bonus is paid
  1. Be a new eligible member who has not previously opened a Chime Checking Account, and apply through Daisy’s referral link.
  2. Receive a single qualifying direct deposit of at least $200 within 45 days of opening the account.
  3. Activate your physical Chime card within 14 days after that qualifying deposit.

Chime’s current standard offer pays the eligible new member $100 after the requirements are met. Daisy’s reward varies with her active offer. Eligibility, account approval and current promotion terms apply; opening an account or clicking the link alone does not earn a bonus.

Which deposits count—and which do not?

Qualifying deposits can include eligible employer, payroll, benefits or gig-economy payments. Bank transfers, Cash App/Venmo/PayPal transfers, cash deposits and mobile check deposits do not qualify. Several smaller deposits do not combine to satisfy the single $200 requirement. Check Chime’s current terms for the exact payment types.

Your choice, your information

Apply only on Chime’s official website or app. Do not send Dmoonz bank details, passwords or identity documents. Chime may let Daisy know that a referral qualified. Review the account’s fees, privacy notice and eligibility before switching deposits. The standard program limits referrer rewards to 10 successful referrals per calendar year, and offers may change.

Chime is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank, N.A., Members FDIC.
